I have been dying to share this wedding on the blog and finally had the time to put a blog post together! You might remember Heather and Dave from their engagement session earlier this summer at the Arnold Arboretum. Their wedding day was amazing; Heather looked gorgeous, Dave handsome, perfect weather, beautiful venue, rockin band… Yeah the list of everything that was good about this wedding goes on. Thank you guys for letting us share such a special day with you. Part two (Ceremony and reception) will follow very soon. We hope you enjoy looking at the images as much as we enjoyed taking them!

Matt and I have many things in the works right now and the blog has fallen a bit to the wayside. I wanted to give everyone a quick update to our going ons. We are in full swing with editing many of our late August/September weddings, so those of you still waiting for your proofing galleries and album layouts don’t have much longer!! We have so many amazing weddings and engagement sessions that I can’t wait to share on here. Including Nicole and Adam’s destination wedding in Mexico’s beautiful Riviera Maya. Our week there was filled with photography; Rehearsal dinner, wedding day and an amazing trash the dress session along with a few days of sightseeing and relaxing. It was absolutely amazing and Nicole and Adam were a dream to work with… Look for images soon! Our 2011 season is booking fast! We’re happy to announce that we are 40 percent booked and looking forward to the amazing weddings we have lined up! We still have plenty of dates still available so drop us an email if you’re interested in having us photograph your wedding day. We’d love to hear from you! We have many website and branding related changes in the works. Over the summer Matt and I worked with a graphic designer to create a new logo and can’t to introduce this along with the new website to you later this fall! You can also expect to see new portfolios, access to album designs, testimonials page and more. Look for images from our latest weddings and engagements here soon!

Matt and I had the pleasure of traveling down to Marshfield, MA for our recent engagement session with Romana and Eddie. I promise there are lot’s of images to follow but for today I wanted to share with you a very favorite image of mine from their day…. Actually I have to say it might be my new favorite image of the season (atleast for engagements). When we travel somewhere unfamiliar to us, we really rely on the couple to pick favorite locations. We have Romana to thank for this one, she was very excited as she described an old phone booth down the road from their beach house and we’re so glad we went there! Look for more images from their day soon but for now:

Matt and I are at our busiest of the season, shooting, editing and album designs are in full swing! I handle all of our album design and have found myself really enjoying it! As much fun as it is to be out shooting, it’s really quite relaxing to spend a day at the computer being creative. I wanted to share a couple layouts from a wedding we photographed earlier this year. You might remember Annie and Joshes gorgeous wedding at the Bradley Estate… Here are a couple spreads from their album!

How cute are these two? We met up with them a few weeks back for a little tour of their neighborhood. They showed us the park, down the road from their apartment, where Matt proposed to her. Cute. The playground across the street gave us lots of opportunities for fun images and they were both such good sports as we asked them to climb into tunnels, swing on swings and play balance beam. I know Matt and I are both looking forward to their wedding at beautiful Elm Bank next June. We had a lot of fun with you both, we hope you enjoy looking through the images! pintopinterest>
