This is my all-inclusive intimate wedding experience for couples who want to bring their closest people into something unforgettable.

Settle into hand-selected lodging with your guests, spend the day exploring together, and exchange vows in a private, breathtaking location — whether that’s a remote beach, a glacier landing, or a scenic mountain meadow. The experience continues into the evening with a chef-prepared dinner, time to unwind, and simply be together.

And when the celebration with your guests comes to a close, the adventure continues — with a next-day adventure designed just for the two of you.

QUESTIONS

Micro weddings combine the intimacy and intentional experience of an elopement with the ability to celebrate alongside your closest family and friends.

If you’re hoping to spend most of the time just the two of you adventuring together but want to include a few people in your ceremony & maybe have a post champagne & charcuterie picnic before heading out just the two of you for more adventures… I consider this an elopement.

If you’re looking to spend most of the time celebrating with guests; you want to plan a fun adventure for everyone, rent cabins or a big house for everyone to stay at, include them in your dinner; I would consider this an intimate/micro (small) wedding!

Yes — and honestly, that’s one of the best parts of an intimate wedding. Most couples build an entire wedding weekend around the experience with additional activities like glacier adventures, helicopter flights, private dinners, boating excursions, hiking, cozy nights around the campfire with their favorite people.
Both my packages for intimate weddings include two day’s of photography coverage so there is time for the two of you to adventure together and there is a day of celebrating with guests.

Most AMW Studios micro wedding experiences are designed for anywhere from a few guests up to around 30 people depending on the location and logistics. I offer an all-inclusive group package that includes lodging and experiences for the couple & up to 8 guests. while larger celebrations can be custom planned around your vision. For larger celebrations I partner up with an incredible planner who is involved in the planning and design. They also show up day of as your coordinator when I step behind the camera to document your wedding!

For group sizes less than 10 packages can include everything from photography and planning to lodging, private chef dinners, florals, hair and makeup, vendor coordination, excursions, and transportation.

For group sizes larger than 10 packages include customized planning support, curated lodging/vendor recommendations, photography, day of coordination and more!

Absolutely. AMW Studios offers planning support including location guidance, lodging recommendations, decor/design, vendor coordination, timeline creation, activity planning, travel assistance, and more. The goal is to create a seamless experience where you can fully enjoy your wedding weekend alongside your guests.
