Oh where do I start… From our first Skype session with Meg and Ryan we knew their wedding would be right up our alley, Matt and I love hiking (basically anything in the mountains) so when they told us they were getting married at a mountainside lodge in the mountains of NH we immediately fell in love with their wedding!! We were absolutely thrilled when these two decided to have Matt and I document their rustic outdoor wedding at the gorgeous, remote AMC’s Cardigan Mountain Lodge in the White Mountains of NH!!! Their ceremony took place in a beautiful stand of pine trees just a short walk from the lodge and guests meandered their way up the trail before taking a seat on wooden benches within a small clearing. After the ceremony, guests congregated on the lodge porch for drinks and lawn games in the field below! A family style dinner took place with guests sitting at long square tables and after dinner completed the tables were pulled to the side for some awesome traditional contra dancing!! So fun!

Meg and Ryan got ready right in the bunk rooms at Cardigan AMC Lodge! Since this was a destination wedding for most of the guests many stayed at the lodge in rooms or camped onsite at one of the many campsites Cardigan has to offer!!
